Liz Thompson
Liz began her aerial journey with silks in the fall of 2013. She decided to try a class because it looked like a fun way to move and it was love at first silk! She was drawn to the strength and skill building aspects as well as the creativity in sequencing.
Fast forward a few years and Liz has performed at major events such as Raleigh's annual arts festival SparkCon and the International Festival. She is thrilled to be able to share her passion with others and help new students build a strong foundation. Liz has completed the Level 1 Born to Fly aerial silks teacher training program with Paper Doll Militia in Bologna, Italy.
Liz teaches all levels of silks for youth, teens, and adults. She also teaches beginners and level 1 students for aerial sling for all ages as well! Join Liz for a private lesson or class at Pura Vida!
