WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SLING, AERIAL SILKS, & AERIAL YOGA?

Sling classes are more acrobatic and is more of a circus style class with a hammock shaped fabric.

Aerial Yoga uses the same hammock shaped fabric but is NOT an acrobatic class. This class is taking more of a yoga formatted class using the assistance of the hammock for more stretching, stability, and restorative movement. A great introduction to aerial sessions if you are not sure if the circus style classes are for you. Or if you are looking for a new addition to your yoga practice.

Aerial Silks are two separate pieces of fabric that go down to the ground that you learn to create shapes within and climb up. Check with our “classes” tab for more information on the right classes for you.
